Follow these easy steps to draw your own work of art...
a sketch of a chihuahua!
Step 1...
Draw a circle, a large oval and an elongated oval...
Step 3...
Add an oval for the muzzle and two partial ovals for the front shoulders...
Step 5...
Using the placement lines, add ears, eyes, a nose and a mouth. Connect the legs and shoulders, and add feet.
Step 2...
Connect the circle and ovals, outlining the neck, back and opposite rear leg...
Step 4...
Draw a vertical line straight down the center of the head. Draw a 45 degree angle, centered at the top of that line, to define
the ear set. Bisect the center line horizontally for the eye line. Divide the portion of the head below the eye line in
half to place the nose. Add lower fore legs... don't forget the tail!
Step 6...
"Flesh out" your drawing by adding detail and shading. Notice that the leg and shoulder ovals define the musculature
of the chihuahua.
